Training at TREYNED

We offer small-group and private training focused on movement quality, strength, and speed development.


All athletes are assessed and placed into appropriate training phases based on age, sport, and experience.

Small Group Training

  • 2-3 sessions per week
  • Phase-based strength and conditioning
  • Ideal for middle school, high school, and adult athletes


Monthly membership

Private Training

  • 1:1 or small private groups
  • Customized programming based on assessment
  • Injury-aware, performance-driven training
